This season has been very impressive for our Blackcats! In this season, the cats scored 9th in the Christmas Tournament, won more games than the past years, and placed low in the tournament. I asked Brett Seper and CJ Lord about the season and their experiences, and their responses were inspirational. Brett’s favorite memory was getting in trouble for laughing during halftime. CJ said that the first half of the central game on the 26th of January was his favorite game. Brett claimed that his favorite game was when they played Kingston because “They’re easy to beat”. The boys’ both agreed that the iconic duo of the team is Logan Winkleman and Seth Miller. I asked Brett and CJ what they expect for next year and they said they hope they can be over 500 win/loss. Brett’s advice to players who want to join is to work hard and always have fun while doing it. This season has been a blast for the boys who played and we are all looking forward to them scoring big next year!
