On February 22nd, The FHS Drama Cast put on the play Baby Talk for Fredericktown at the middle school auditorium. The play consisted of one act, and was fairly successful. The cast worked hard in the weeks before the show to ensure their parts were played just right to make the characters feel human and full of emotion and character. The audience thought it was hilarious, and they laughed for the entire play and more.

The play was directed by Mrs. Lewis, who was proud of all the cast members’ hard work and dedication to the project. Wyatt Hurley, sophomore, told me they “worked the best they could, despite a lot of snow days and other difficulties.” Looking towards the future, it will be hard to top this performance, but I feel as though the talent present is more than capable of accomplishing that task.
