Abigail Stookey, Writer
A member of Scratch Pad for two years, and their self-appointed head of advertising, Stookey is a 17 year-old senior student at Fredericktown High School! Creating stories since she was a toddler, and trying her best to write them down since she was ten, she dreams of being a published author and joined Scratch Pad in hopes of gaining experience for this future career. Her love for literature was originally sparked by Erin Hunter's Warriors, and while she still hangs around the fandom from time to time, nowadays some of her greatest inspirations in writing are authors like Brandon Sanderson and Philip Pullman. She's also a huge fan of the Legend of Zelda series—her triforce covered backpack makes this rather obvious—and it's a perfect example of how she delves into the lore of a fandom she enjoys. So that means don't get her started on it unless you're prepared for some rather long winded explanations. This does not include math, unless it's out of hatred, because math is the villain of her school career.
